Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment
At MOLA ACADEMY we use an escrow payment system to protect students. Your payment is only released to the tutor after you confirm the session was completed satisfactorily. This means you are protected by default.
2. Session Cancellation by the Student
- More than 24 hours before the session: Full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund. The tutor has reserved time for you and this compensates them for the late notice.
- No-show by the student: No refund.
3. Tutor No-Show or Session Issues
- Tutor no-show: Full refund. Report the no-show via the session confirmation screen within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
- Session ended significantly early: Partial or full refund at our discretion, based on the time actually delivered.
- Serious quality issue: Submit a dispute within 24 hours of the session. Our team will review and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Go to your Dashboard and find the session in question.
- Click "Confirm Session" and select "Report a Problem".
- Describe the issue and submit. Our team typically responds within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (Stripe). Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
